Sprinkler

ATLANTİS always offers the best quality sprinklers to its customers in the agricultural irrigation systems it produces. We distribute NELSON, SENNINGER and KOMET brand products that we distribute as a manufacturer, in the right place and use them.

We keep the products that rotary (rotating) and fixed (spraying) constantly in our stocks. The rotating sprinkler, with 360 ° rotation movement, distributes homogeneous water according to the needs of the plant. The spray sprinkler also gives the water homogeneously to the plant without making a constant return.

The sprinkler, which is selected according to the product type, soil properties and meteorological conditions, is an important part of our ATLANTİS brand.

All sprinklers are kept in our stocks to meet the needs of our customers with dozens of different nozzle options.

Pressure Regulating Valves

In the Atlantis Center Pivot and Linear Irrigation machines, various pressure regulating valves are used at the machine inlets to control variable flow and pressure. With the NELSON, SENNINGER and KOMET pressure regulators we distribute as a manufacturer, homogeneous water distribution is provided in inclined areas.

Sensors

At the entrances of Atlantis Center Pivot and Linear Irrigation Machines, plant, soil, air and water controls are made by placing flow meters, pressure sensors, soil humidity sensors and meteorological sensors, and these are optimized and irrigation is planned.

Timers and Control Systems

These are the systems used to automate Center Pivot and Linear Irrigation systems. It works efficiently with new or existing systems. It is easy to install and program. Thanks to these timers, irrigation is done by adjusting the machines at the desired speed. It can also be used for security purposes. As a result of our R&D studies, PLC controlled and SCADA controlled control systems provide control and monitoring of systems from anywhere. On / off, water / waterless, Speed control, Working direction, flow control, alarms, pump control, Fertilizer and spraying Control, and meteorological controls and soil moisture controls can be performed on the systems.

Wheels

Our wheels, measuring 10.0 × 20, 11.2 × 24, 14.9 × 24, 16.9 × 24, 11.2 × 38, allow Center Pivot and Linear Irrigation Machines to move comfortably in any soil condition. Products with proven durability are used with 6-8-10 layers and with or without tube.

Gearmotors and Gears

Thanks to its high torque and efficiency, gearmotors can easily operate in difficult terrain conditions. They are specially designed for irrigation systems. The outer body is resistant to wear and corrosion thanks to its aluminum housing. It is used with different gearbox ratios such as 1:25, 1:30, 1:40 and 1:50, by making selection according to the terrain and machinery conditions.

With gears, high torque ratio, waterproof body, strong shaft outputs, selections are made and kept in stocks.

Shafts

Thanks to these equipment used between the engine and the gearbox, it provides problem-free walking of the irrigation system even in the most difficult terrains. The shafts used can be aluminum or cast iron body.

Percentage Timer

Percentage Timer is one of the important control units of Pivot towers that organize the movement and pause times during irrigation. Thus, it determines the amount of irrigation to the regions where the system pauses with these periods. The rotation of the pivot system depends on the movement of the last tower wheels. As the last tower moves, a signal will be sent to the hill control boxes for other towers to step in. When the timer is set to 100%, the last tower must move continuously so that the Pivot system will irrigate without any pause. In other words, the timer determines how many seconds the system will spin within every 60 seconds.
